We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the center was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions such as Panfilov park, central mosque, and Zenkov cathedral, all within walking distance. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. We also appreciated the in-room safe, free toiletries, and the convenience of having an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV.
Recommend this hotel to all.

Smug smoke bbq, which can be found only 1000 ft away, was a fast option. Near to Muzey Prirody. There's can’t complain about anything, I would stay there again...

the room was good sized and beds were good. nice food in the restaurants such as daredzhani kunaeva, located 5 min away. nice place for weekend in almaty.

The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to get around the city. the rooms were clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Breakfast and dinner were offered in the restaurant and the food was tasty, especially the local dishes. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to answer any questions I had.

The hotel offered a great value for money during my business trip. It had a central location and was within walking distance of key attractions. The clean and comfortable rooms were equipped with an AC, ensuring a comfortable stay, even during the warm summer. the friendly staff and delicious Chinese food in the restaurant were definite highlights.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The hotel lacked proper fire detection and alarm systems, with smoking allowed everywhere.

We also loved that there were popular eateries like McDonald's and Starbucks nearby, making it convenient for grabbing a quick bite. Additionally, the hotel had a nice restaurant with delicious and reasonably priced oriental food. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable, large beds, especially if you joined the twin beds. we found the hotel to be clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
Nothing negative to say - we had a fantastic stay at the hotel!
